If you let us, we venture into a profound exploration of self-awareness and presence. Through the [he]art, we reach a deep sense of observation, turning our attention towards source to witness the thoughts, emotions, and sensations that arise within us and then.. "nothingness."
Deeper into the depths of The Self, uncover the boundless essence of wisdom and insight that resides at the core of source.
With each breath, you are the ebb and flow of The Self, nurturing a sense of curiosity, bravery.

In the first 5 minutes, you'll find a cozy sanctuary where you get to take a few deep breaths while listening to a sound I've created a few months ago. I created it with the intention of stimulating all chakras and to design a simple pathway from the roots to the crown. I'm also laying a foundation there by giving you a general personal insight on meditation.
If you have some comfortable over-ear headphones (circumaural headphones) I highly recommend listening with those for a high quality experience.
By the 5 minutes 40 seconds mark of this moment, allow yourself to be fully present in this sacred space.
